Responsibilities
  • Lead team responsible for server-side development of company product, including:
    • end-to-end product development, from specifications to delivery

Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of team leadership experience in an Agile environment

Requirements
  • 3+ years hands-on experience as devops/sysadmin
  • Deep understanding of Linux system administration and Internet networking, with proven experience with:
    • Deploying / managing LAMP/MEAN-stack

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 years HR professional experience including at least two years startup experience
  • Analytic ability & desire to explore data. You need to be comfortable in Excel “(but not an expert), always driven to explore data, and have the ability and desire to think of recruiting as a sales pipeline. You’ll also be benchmarking aspects of our organization against the industry

The Demand Generation Marketing Director is a senior level position that will be responsible for driving the execution of a variety of demand generation programs. Experience in other SAAS start-ups is preferred.

POSITION DELIVERABLES
  • Take responsibility for working with other members of the marketing team to successfully drive the pipeline development programs needed to support BlazeMeter’s SaaS product revenue objectives
  • Manage and lead execution of all demand generation programs including SEM, online and offline media placements, email marketing and events.
